    Leia-Jo is also currently a holistic medicine facilitator, energy consultant, and a co-parenting mum of 2 boys.

    She spends her time between the lovely city of Bath in England, and her home country, Singapore, nourishing relationships and making new connections.

    Her own inner work journey helped her to regain her wholeness and along the way, unlocked the innate gifts and abundance that inspire her to be of service to humanity. The song " Pass it on” has touched her heart since learning to sing it as a child and it expresses how she feels about her mission and purpose in this lifetime.

    DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & COACHING RESOURCES

    Jen, NBC-HWC, became fascinated with Health and Wellness Coaching after observing the benefits of intentional lifestyle change on mental health in members of her family. Her initial exploration into “food and movement as medicine” for anxiety and depression, paired with her passion for helping others, eventually blossomed into a career in health and wellness.

    Jen is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) in the US, and holds additional certifications as a Master Certified Health Coach for Adults and Seniors, Pregnancy, and Families through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and in Precision Medicine Coaching through Wild Health Precision Medicine. She coaches traditional and nontraditional college and university students through Timely MD, and has a client base at schools such as Harvard, Carnegie Mellon, and Notre Dame. She is faculty at Wild Health Precision Medicine, where she lectures and creates NBHWC board-accredited content for the Precision Medicine Coaching program. Recently, she co-founded Board Ready Exam Prep where she creates and provides NBHWC exam content.

    Emma is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher and a published author with Hachette. She is passionate about helping others to feel healthy and happy, in whichever way works for them. Her top 3 values include community, connection, and kindness.

    Emma is a mum, step-mum, dog-mum and loves spending time in nature, writing music and deepening her knowledge of Ayurveda.

    As a single Mum to her two lovely daughters, Sofie embraces the beauty of life by residing near the enchanting sea in Brighton, UK.

    Inspired by her personal journey of self-healing, she has discovered the transformative power of holistic support therapies, igniting her unwavering commitment to mental health and wellbeing.

    In 2021, Sofie embarked on a regular meditation practice, which quickly became an essential part of her life. The profound impact it had on her well-being strengthened her dedication to promoting mindfulness and its benefits.

    Sofie's abilities extend beyond her role in building the Kindness Project's structure and foundation for growth. In her successful gentle sleep coaching business, she extends her support to thousands of tired and exhausted parents worldwide, providing them with invaluable guidance and assistance.
