I am a joyful Capricorn Sun, Gemini Double and Manifesting Generator by Human Design.

Blessed mom of 2 lovely boys and a sweet cavapoo; Jake, Oliver and Yogi.

Dancing, music, laughing and loving unabashedly, enjoying a soul-aligned career and heartfelt friendships are some of my must-haves for living well and consciously!

In the past 15 years, I have personally experienced spirituality and transformational healing in a myriad of expressions and have emerged living in more joy, more inner peace and more magic in my own life. The universe is always making love to me! The conclusion that I arrived to is this:

We have the ability to reclaim the power in your soul’s sacred blueprint, and use that to decode what living well means to You! It will serve as a roadmap that brings nourishment on many levels to You!

Through the rollercoasters in my life, I can affirm that a supportive network, practicing mindfulness, self-care, self-love and radical self-acceptance are imperative in this process. Trust me, it’s all worth it! :)

Here is a bit about my background:

Lucky me was born in Singapore and started my infant life in a ‘mansion’ with 3 generations under one roof. I was plied with art and musical lessons growing up and enjoyed playing in nature the most.

I knew there was more than what my eyes could see, and started sensing energies around the age of 7. My maternal grandparents have some of the ‘clair’ abilities and they often share stories with me.

My first spiritual initiation and transmission happened at the age of 17! It literally took my breath away!

A warm, liquid-like unconditional love was flowing through every cell of my being and the experience was sublime.

From that day onwards, I have been committed to living a heart-centred life and it’s not all easy, I have to admit!

Academic success was part of my growing up years and I earned a place in some of the best schools in Singapore. For my mom’s sake, I spent a few years digesting subjects related to Economics and Business while reading books and magazines on nutrition, fitness, and the works of Freud and Jung to expand my understanding of the mind-body connection and human behaviour.

Teaching became a big part of my life and I have worked with kids 10 to 16 years old, from tutoring to enrichment centres and a private school for a number of years.

Sydney with it’s beautiful beaches and nature reserves called me next, and I spent some time there in the warm embrace of its elementary energies while interacting with like-minded individuals in Nature Care College.

Since then, I have followed the call of the Earths’s living wisdom; Plants, elements, quantum fields, the unseen realm- each one a portal of remembering.

I weave their energies to ignite transformation and healing on multi-dimensional levels.

My younger son’s health crisis in 2014 was a reminder for me to reclaim and step into my soul and ancestral gifts; which I did through various holistic health training courses globally in order to facilitate his recovery. The Avalon energy in Bath, Uk was very good for our spirit and and we have been living there since 2017.

After my son recovered in 2019, I have been assisting soul-aligned individuals with clarity readings, activations, attunements, alignments, energy healing, and intuitive coaching in their businesses and personal life.

The works of Bruce Lipton, Robert Grant, Robert Keller, Caroline Myss, Alana Fairchild, Louise Hayes, Steve Nobel and Debra Silverman have deeply inspired and shaped my evolving approach to understanding the interplay between energy, healing, transformation and manifestation.

My current flow is taking me to the amazing courses at The Heart Math Institute, the Psychospiritual Institute, the Heart of the Healer Organisation and the Earthworks of the Healing Arts.

My evolving creations and offerings are very much aligned to the musical symphony that runs in my soul and ancestral lineage, rooted in the ancient wisdom of healers, shamans and priestesses, alongside the lightness and radiance of fairies, the grace of Seraphim, and the transformative power of the celestial dragon.

The Kindness Project Global is birthed from my heartfelt desire to pass on the many blessings and miracles that I have experienced in my life.

Acknowledging and honouring the challenges that the East Asian females in my lineage, including myself, have gone through.

Every struggle and challenge contains the gift of wisdom and potential for deep transformation. It is all part of our soul’s journey on this earth plane.

With a deep spiritual love, I pray for all beings to receive the support and guidance and divine grace we need in order to navigate through any challenges in our lives.
